How we protect the platform and receive good-faith vulnerability reports.
Security program
Controls include access management, secure configuration, encryption where appropriate, logging, backups, vulnerability management and incident response.
Good-faith research
Do not access other users' data, disrupt service, use social engineering, perform denial-of-service testing, exfiltrate data or demand payment. Stop testing and report promptly when sensitive data is encountered.
Reporting
Provide affected endpoint, impact, reproduction steps and supporting evidence through the published security contact. We will acknowledge and assess reports and coordinate remediation where appropriate.
