Profiles and claims
Providers must keep information accurate, substantiate credentials and avoid misleading guarantees. Claiming a profile confirms authority to represent the entity.
Fees and credits
Providers agree to displayed prices, usage limits and renewal terms. Chargebacks made in bad faith may result in suspension and recovery costs.
Confidentiality and security
Providers must use appropriate safeguards and notify Top Expert Local promptly of unauthorized access involving platform data.
